About my mother - ongoing

This is a long term project about my mother, Patrizia, and our relationship. She was diagnosed with a long term condition when she was 6 years old and she was told she wouldn't be able to have children nor to live many years. Despite the medical previsions, not only she had a healthy child but she is still alive and strong as ever at 62 years old. Her degenerative disease still has no treatment, she went through many surgeries when was in her twenties up to her forties, then she's decided to just treat herself with the best nutrition and only natural treatments. I admire her truly, and I believe she is the strongest person I know. She benefits of being at sea, and swimming which makes her body feel less heavy and less disable for the lightness of it within water.
